We are staying in Beau-Rivage for two nights and had dinner at Chat- Botte.  We had a wonderful dinner experience tonight. The atmosphere here is just perfect, staff were amazing, impeccable service and great hospitality. Of course, everyone speaks English very well.  All the dishes were fantastic with stylish presentation and very delicate flavors. The champagne we ordered is something we have never seen the label before. The taste was smooth and enjoyable to us. Thank you so much. It was an enjoyable experience.

Very nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. The food was tasteful and well presented but a just tad below expectations from a michelin (compared to previous ones).
